These weather-resistant in-ceiling speakers are specially made for damp, high moisture environments without compromising sound quality. Not only can you now enjoy your music outdoors, but use these speakers in bathrooms, laundry rooms, patios, kitchens, under outdoor eaves or covered porches. The grilles on these speakers are specially treated to be weather resistant; but for locations where corrosion is more likely to occur, like near the beach, we suggest applying Clear Coat (spray paint only, not brush) to the grills to help fend off the damage that may occur near the ocean.
